I am an undergrad at the University of Phoenix in the BSB/IS (Information Systems) degree program.

I came across an interesting course within the Human Services degree program titled: "Technology in Human Services."

I am really interested in what kinds of experiences any of you have had with Technology in this line of work (both good and bad).
