there are 3 schools in canada (as far as i know) at which you can get an MSW without a BSW. they are:
Carleton U in ottawa
Laurier in kitchener-waterloo
and
U of Toronto

You can now do a two-year MSW without a BSW at the University of Calgary (Alberta). Their website is:
