This is a great site. I just found out about it and am looking forward to checking back here often.

A question: does anyone know of any great internet sites dealing with the "strengths perspective". We have a group presentation on this model and are in the process of gathering info.

Or: does anyone practice S/W using the strengths perspective? if so, have you found areas where it does not work at all? in our research so far it seems to be very versitile and easily adaptable to most every situation. Are we making a correct assumption or are we off base??
