The editorial for our Spring 2009 issue looks at the top 10 articles in the journal's history.
Your Top 10 List: An Editorial by Stephen M. Marson, Ph.D. I have always found Internet technology a fascinating experience. Each time I become accustomed to the technology, new innovations emerge. The advantage of an online journal is the ability to count readers. I suspect that in the relatively new future, promotion and tenure committees will require this piece of information as part of faculty self-evaluations. For example, on résumés that I have been reviewing, I see a citation section. This is a listing of references where the author has been cited.
The following is a list of major articles published in the Journal of Social Work Values and Ethics (with the date of publication) and the number of times a reader has selected the article. Hot links are offered to enable the reader to review the piece of work. Shown are the title, date published, and number of page impressions for the top ten articles.
