The magazine's primary focus is on career development for social workers and social work students at all levels. Each issue includes:

,,,and much, much more! We pack as much as we can into every issue.

To get an idea of what you might find in a typical issue of THE NEW SOCIAL WORKER, take a look at the contents of our back issues and our current issue. Our regular columns include Student Role Model, Electronic Connection, Resources for Social Workers, Social Work Around the Map, On Campus, Letter to the Editor, and Book Reviews.

We need your ideas! Let us know what you would like to see in our print magazine. We are looking for social workers and social work students to contribute articles, poetry, news, and other items. See our writers' guidelines.

We want your photos! We are always looking for great photos of social workers or social work students IN ACTION for our front cover or inside the magazine. Do you have a special photo that depicts social workers in action? Send it to us! We may feature it on our next cover. Send photos with captions to Linda Grobman, THE NEW SOCIAL WORKER, P.O.
