Individual Subscriptions

Individual subscriptions are available for only $15 (4 issues), $26 (8 issues), or $36 (12 issues).

Group Subscriptions

Group rates ($10 per person--4 issues) are available for groups of 10 or more ordering together. Send one check made payable to "White Hat Communications," along with name, address, and telephone number of contact person. Magazines may be sent together to the contact person or individually to each member of the group. If choosing the second option, please include list of names, addresses, and telephone numbers for each group member.

Back Issues

Back issues of THE NEW SOCIAL WORKER are available (while supplies last) for $4.95 each. Please indicate which issue(s) you are ordering. For contents of back issues, select this option.

Other Information

For back issue or single copy orders from Pennsylvania, add 6% sales tax, or enclose copy of tax exemption certificate if Pennsylvania sales tax exempt. Subscriptions are not subject to Pennsylvania sales tax.

For all orders from Canada, add $2.00/issue ($8.00/year) postage and handling. For orders from elsewhere outside the U.S., add $4.00/issue ($16.00/year) postage and handling. U.S. funds only.
