Self-Care Summer: Coloring for Social Workers

Social work blogger Nate Crowell of SocialWorkerSuccess.com believes practicing mindfulness is an essential element of good self-care. The recent trend toward coloring books for adults inspired the creation of a set of coloring pages specifically for social workers.

Filling in the shapes and patterns using the repetitive stroke of a colored pencil can be its own mindful practice.
