Creating a Place of Reflection Through Art - A Mural for a Social Work Office

     Painting has always provided a form of meditation for me, which keeps me grounded so that I can be a mindful listener. By painting this mural in my social work office, I was able to create a place of reflection for my colleagues in the midst of a busy environment.

     I work as a Care Manager, setting up home care services for older adults.  I am in the MSW program at Salem State University, with a concentration in older adults/end of life, and hope to graduate in 2016.
