Social Work in Our Paradise

Our Paradise is full of disasters and pain,

Our Paradise needs compassion and hope.

It demands angels to end the hate, to block the shame,

Angels that believe in Human, this is their scope.

But they are here, smiling from the paper prisons,

And they’re covered by the lack of appreciation.

Although they are stifled, they have visions

To find the flash and breath into desolation.

You know, they don`t have any super powers or guns,

They use empathy, acceptance and other human ways,

They fight for a smile, justice, for everybody's chance…

Sure you know them, the social workers of our days.
