Social Work Month! It's a great time for a month-long celebration with The New Social Worker. Please join us! First and foremost, I want to say THANK YOU for all you do, today and every day.
This year, the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) has designated “Empowering Social Workers” as the theme for Social Work Month. What does this theme mean to you? When I think about this theme, I think the empowerment can be that of the social worker or that of the client, individual, family, group, organization, or society that social workers help to become empowered.
