The art of social work

It is so refreshing to read about social work as an art. In these days of clinical scientific evidence based practice, an intern needs to understand first and foremost how to develope his/her craft from both his strengths and weaknesses. Once that intern can draw negative concerns about his practice from patients and feel comfortable in helping with the reality of imperfections the meaning of the moment and life in general become more therapeutically sound and applicable for service recipients and their family.
