Cultural humility

Thank you for this article. Having done work in so many different cultures over 50+ years "Humility" is a pre-requisite to the work. In my personal life as a 75 year old woman I am approached by Drs, sales people, wait staff from a distinct point of view based on my age and gender. They think they know who I am and respond accordingly. It is beyond frustrating! I will be circulating your article. Thanks again.
