ETOH and other substanc abuse/ dependency screening tool

Though now retired from MentalHealth SW, glad to see that more user friendly and adaptable tools are being used in the initial screening process. Years ago the process was tedious and time consuming, leaving others to wait wait a disproportionate length of time for evaluation and emergency intervention.
