My therapy journal

I was glad when my journaling for therapy turned into poetry, it was less angry rants. The brevity of poetry forced me into being more concise and giving a name to the pain. Then I could more easily deal with the specific issues and work it out. I also gained more self-esteem when I self-published under the pen name of Micah Mason. The book is "My Therapy Journal: A Journey of Heal" which hass a cover with a quilt I made a age 9. Thanks for encouraging poetry therapy. I very much enjoyed this article.
