Whistleblowing is hard but necessary

I was a whistleblower against a corrupt and dehumanizing system. It was hard but I don't regret a thing. Thanks for keeping it real, Dr. Danna. Sometimes, you have to make the right call even when it is the hardest thing to do. Be fearless my friends.

Interesting, but...

From my experience, challenging the status quo at work only leads to being labeled a troublesome employee and puts a target on your back. Asking 'why'and demanding change is great, but at what cost?
