Thanks for all the suggestions. Do you have any additional recommendations for meditation apps that can be used with VR headsets? Peace.

Culturally Relevant Meditation App

I love Liberate: Black Meditation App. It a meditation app that is Black-owned, for us by us, a safe space for the Black community to develop a daily meditation habit. Anyone is welcome to use Liberate, but they are clearly focused supporting the development of mindfulness in the Black community.

I've seen this one, but had to make some room on my overcrowded phone. Thanks!

More than TEN Percent happier!

I love this app! It has helped me start my day for about a year now with all sorts of selections of guided mindful meditations to manage my feelings and learn so much about myself. I use the sleep meditations if needed too. I invite friends to free brief subscriptions when they are going through tough stuff. Bottom line- It's a daily gift that you'll thank yourself for.
