Self-Care A-Z: Working From Home (WFH) During COVID-19 and Beyond

I believe this article is great for those social workers and other professionals who are WFH. For ethical and logistical reasons, I decided not to work from home and instead provide tele-therapy services from my work office. I have been experiencing periods of burnout and low motivation. To address those feelings, I have been researching tips from other clinicians for tele-health. There are a lot of great ideas out there.
